In Gdańsk we established the Service Center Gdańsk aimed at providing Bayer business services. Gdańsk is a crucial place for Bayer`s European strategy. The Center employs around 700 people, who support Bayer employees, customers and partners in 15 languages on an international scale. As part of the global Shared Service Center Delivery Network, the Center supports our branches for more than 20 Central and Eastern European countries.
The Center holds the ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System) and 22301 (Continuity Management) certificates – this is unique on the country scale.
The main area of activity of the Service Center Gdańsk used to be accounting but the organization is growing and developing rapidly. We are expanding our services to include innovative processes in the area of purchasing, customer service, controlling, employee services and HR operations.
The centralization, standardization, and automation of processes across a global network of service centers bring greater productivity and increased competitiveness. This allows Bayer flexibility in implementing the company’s strategic and ambitious decisions on a global scale.
